1. Introduction
Cyber Security Research Lab India offers various services including but not limited to cyber security research assistance, cyber security case studies and research with technical support, surveys and report writing in specific to cyber security research for sensitization among internet users worldwide, hosting of virtual events (such as workshops and conferences), education courses, and consultancy in cyber security to improve the understanding of cyber security research among the professionals worldwide. We cater to both domestic and international clients, and these terms govern the use of our services, including payments through international payment gateways.

2. Services Offered
* Cyber Security Research Assistance: Includes technical writing cyber security case studies and research with technical support services for research and development.
* Virtual Events: Includes online workshops, conferences, and webinars for which participants must pay a registration fee.
* Educational Courses: Includes courses related to cyber security.
* Consultancy Services: Includes consulting services for cyber security solutions offered globally.

3. Payment Terms
* All payments must be made in full before the service or event is delivered or accessed.
* We accept payments through international payment gateways, which support multiple currencies. The currency conversion rates may apply, and the final amount may vary based on the exchange rate at the time of the transaction.
* Any additional fees, such as transaction fees or taxes, will be borne by the customer unless otherwise specified.

4. Refund Policy
* Services: Once a service is delivered, no refunds will be provided unless there is a proven failure to deliver the service as described.
* Virtual Events: Refund requests for event registration fees must be made at least 60 days before the event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 60 days of the event date.
* Educational Courses: Refund requests for course fees must be made within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued after course materials have been accessed or the course has begun.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling
* We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any virtual event or course. In the event of a cancellation, you will be offered a full refund or an option to attend a rescheduled event.
* If a client wishes to cancel a service, they must provide written notice. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our refund policy.

6. User Conduct
* Users must provide accurate and up-to-date information when making payments.
* Any fraudulent or illegal activities related to payment will result in immediate termination of services and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

7. Privacy and Data Protection
* We are committed to protecting your personal information. Any data collected during the payment process will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the data protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
* Payment information will be processed through secure channels provided by our payment gateway partners.

8. Dispute Resolution
* Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, including payments, will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of District Court of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.

9. Changes to Terms
* We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law
* These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
